Experienced Esports Manager based in Southern California, Madison is dedicated to advancing her career in the esports industry by empowering teams to thrive. With a strong background in management she has held key positions across various organizations.

Currently Madison is Head of Content & Community Operations for Amplify, which is a North American Esports Team competing in Overwatch and iRacing. Previously Madison served as the General Manager of the Women’s Division at Parabellum Esports where she worked with players and support staff for titles such as Rainbow Six Siege, VALORANT, and CSGO. Previously, she was the Rainbow Six Siege Manager at Guidance Gaming. Her early roles included managing Rainbow Six Siege teams at POWERHAUS Gaming and serving as VP of Rainbow Six Siege at EightK Gaming.

Madison’s unique blend of management expertise positions her to contribute significantly to the growth of esports teams.
